Hi! I'm Kirsten
I have a masters degree in Pastoral Counseling with an emphasis on Life Coaching. I am a board certified Advanced Christian Life Coach and board certified Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors International Board of Christian Care. I am a wife and a mother, avid lover of the outdoors, books, tea and belly laughs.
My Approach
My approach to coaching is rooted in faith coupled with positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.
